onion 1/4
potato 1/2
water 400ml
soup stock a cube
milk 50ml
salt and pepper a pinch
cut parsley a pinch

Smoked Butter


1 Cut red bell pepper, onion and potatoes into bite size pieces.
2 Cook the vegetables in a pot, add a cube of soup stock and water until softened.
3 Mix the above in a blender.
4 Put the above back in a pot then add milk, cook over low heat and salt and pepper.
5 Serve the soup in a bowl, then sprinkle smoked butter and parsley.
