Bell Pepper Soup

■INGREDIENTS(2 SERVINGS)
MF Smoked Butter | 14g |
red bell pepper | 1 |
onion | 1/4 |
potato | 1/2 |
water | 400ml |
soup stock | a cube |
milk | 50ml |
salt and pepper | a pinch |
cut parsley | a pinch |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Cut red bell pepper, onion and potatoes into bite size pieces. |
2 | Cook the vegetables in a pot, add a cube of soup stock and water until softened. |
3 | Mix the above in a blender. |
4 | Put the above back in a pot then add milk, cook over low heat and salt and pepper. |
5 | Serve the soup in a bowl, then sprinkle smoked butter and parsley. |
