clam 400g
white wine 200cc
lemon one wedge cut
salt and pepper a pinch
parsley a pinch

DIRECTIONS

1 Soak clams in water and drain them.
2 Heat a pan. Cook clams and white wine with a lid on to steam.
3 Salt and pepper to taste. When the clams are open, sprinkle parsley.
4 Put smoked butter on top then squeeze a lemon.
