clam | 400g |
white wine | 200cc |
lemon | one wedge cut |
salt and pepper | a pinch |
parsley | a pinch |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Soak clams in water and drain them. |
2 | Heat a pan. Cook clams and white wine with a lid on to steam. |
3 | Salt and pepper to taste. When the clams are open, sprinkle parsley. |
4 | Put smoked butter on top then squeeze a lemon. |
