Soft Light Cheddar Shred 1kg

It is a low-cost, cheese alternative.

In addition to veggy cheese, for which we replaced the milk fat with vegetable oil and used the emulsified milk protein, we added 30% cheddar cheese.
You can use this in the same way as natural cheese shred.
The orange color is colored with paprika. It has 50% less cholesterol compared to Gouda cheese shred.
