Fettuccine Alfredo with Bacon and Spinach

■INGREDIENTS(2 SERVINGS)
MF Smoked Butter | 14g |
fettuccine | 200g |
bacon | 3 to 4 slices |
onion | 1/2 |
spinach | 3 bunch |
olive oil | 2 tb |
fresh cream | 200ml |
salt and pepper | a pinch |
DIRECTIONS
1 | In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta slightly underdone. |
2 | Cut onion into wedges, spinach in 5cm pieces and bacon into 1cm thick pieces. |
3 | Saute the above in olive oil. Add fresh cream and mix until thickened. Salt and pepper. |

5 | Put smoked butter on top while it is stil hot. |
